RE/A QUESTION OF CULTURE?

RE is the communication of wishes and expectations. Through RE, we speak the same language and have the same means of expression. As a result, we understand each other, regardless of whether we are a customer, manufacturer or supplier.

The most important thing is that we talk to each other. Tools, rules, contracts, practices, methods, frameworks and principles can support us here. Ultimately, however, our values and our mindset are decisive. Values and mindset have in turn evolved from our culture.

Can we specify culture? What actually is culture? What constitutes culture? Which definitions and frameworks help to make the topic of “culture”, especially “corporate culture”, tangible? And to what extent could it influence the topic of “RE”? How can culture be scrutinised?
