We store and process your data in order to establish, implement and maintain a contractual relationship in order to provide you with marketing and sales services. For this purpose, we require the following personal data from you:

Title, first name and surname, address and function data, communication data (phone/fax, e-mail address). If you do not agree to the storage and processing of your data, it will unfortunately not be possible to enter into a contractual relationship. In the event that services are processed by us via third parties, we will transfer your data to the respective co-operation partner or service provider to the extent necessary. No other transfer of personal data takes place and is not planned. A transfer to third countries is not planned and is currently not carried out. We also do not merge personal data provided to us with other data and do not carry out any evaluations (profiling).

We store your data for the duration of the business relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after the end of the business relationship in accordance with §195 BGB. This storage period begins with each new contractual relationship. Individual data may be subject to longer storage obligations for tax and commercial law reasons and may only be deleted after these legal obligations have expired. However, the data can be protected (blocked) from further access until then.

You have the right to information, correction, blocking, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data at any time. You can revoke the consent you have given us to process your data at any time. You can receive your personal data for data transmission in electronic form

Information on data processing in connection with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the controller responsible for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on the website visitor’s computer and enable the website visitor’s use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by the site visitor (including the shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there.

On behalf of the website operator, Google will use the information collected to analyse the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimisation of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of users are adequately protected by pseudonymisation.

Google LLC. offers a guarantee to comply with an appropriate level of data protection on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. The data sent and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 50 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.

The collection by Google Analytics can be prevented by the site visitor adjusting the cookie settings for this website. The collection and storage of the IP address and the data generated by cookies can also be cancelled at any time with effect for the future. reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service from Google LLC (Google) to protect your enquiries via the Internet form. The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection provisions of Google apply to this data.
